Santa Fe Showcase — One of the most effective advertising tools is our exclusive full-color publication, Santa Fe Showcase, highlighting Sotheby’s International Realty listings. It is published twice yearly with a minimum press run of 45,000 copies per issue. The publication is distributed locally and displayed in the city’s top hotels, galleries, restaurants, retail stores and 300 professional offices throughout Santa Fe. Additionally, 15,000 copies are selectively targeted for mailings and distributed to prospective buyers, principals and cooperating brokers throughout the United States. Santa Fe’s oldest full-color real estate magazine, Santa Fe Showcase has attracted a loyal following since it was first published 16 years ago. |
