A fifth-generation Dallas Texan, Liz moved to Santa Fe in 2000 to embark on a new life adventure and a new career in real estate. With an extensive background in professional sales, Liz easily transitioned into the world of Santa Fe and real estate and loves both. After 12 years with another firm Liz seized the opportunity to join Keller Williams International. The company culture and the extensive realtor network of 190,000+ Keller Williams agents around the world and especially in feeder markets to Santa Fe, was too powerful to ignore. This huge outreach offers her customers an unparalleled networking arm which is unsurpassed in the Santa Fe market. As one of the top producing brokers at Keller Williams for the last 8 years, Liz has over $183 million in sales and 300+ transactions—a proven track record of experience, expertise and communication skills necessary for successful real estate negotiations. Because of this, she is extremely specialized in all areas and price ranges of Santa Fe. Over time her business evolved into a balanced 50/50 mix of both sellers and buyers and because of this she created Liz Sheffield and Associates. Her team consists of Karren Sahler, Transaction Manager and licensed Associate Broker with 20 years of real estate experience.
