Inner Strength and Fitness is a full service gym and personal training center. At its core is the system created by owner and trainer Dan Yarbrough. As stated in his Santa Fe New Mexican interview; "Strength comes out of joy and tolerance rather than exclusion and anger."

The facility includes 8000 square feet of high ceilings, artfully coordinated contemporary colors, and expansive windows.

Our on-staff personal trainers specialize in designing weight resistance training programs from hundreds of new and classic exercises. Just as no two individuals are the same, no two fitness programs are ever the same.
