Welcome to C.G. Higgins, a boutique chocolatier, candymaker, and the home of Chuck's Nuts Originals. We hand-make fine chocolate truffles, caramel corn, and many types of nut brittle, most recently featured on the Food Network's "Road Tasted" with the Neelys. Also known for our specialty fudge, C.G Higgins incorporates local flavors of the New Mexico including red and green chiles.

We hand make all our candies at this shop using only natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives or dyes. Most of our candy starts from pure coca, (chocolate) sugar and low fructose corn syrup (unfortunately a necessity in candy creation). We also use a mixture of beautiful New Mexico chili’s in many of our candies providing a unique and local taste experience.
