My primary style is a contemporary interpretation and expansion of Arts and Crafts, Asian, and Shaker, but I am always open to exploring new areas. In woods my preference is for domestic hardwoods like maple, cherry, and walnut and other non-endangered and non-threatened species. I tend to use finishes with as few toxins as possible, for my protection and the planet’s. Based on my personal selection of the materials and my technical expertise in the appropriate joinery, this furniture should, with the proper care, last your lifetime and generations beyond.

My designs and workmanship have garnered recognition, awards, and commissions in many venues around the United States.
