About Lucie

Biography

I was born and raised in Crystal Springs, Mississippi. After graduating from Mississippi University for Women, I married my husband Eric, a native New Mexican. Anxious to move West, we settled in Denver, Colorado where I received my Master’s Degree in Library/Media and was employed as a Media Specialist by the Denver Public Schools. After years of vacationing in New Mexico, we moved to Santa Fe in 1999. Santa Fe is a popular destination, and we enjoy frequent visits from our son, family and friends. As a volunteer, I have been actively involved with The Palace of the Governors, The Georgia O’Keeffe Museum and the Santa Fe Rape Crisis Center.

Areas Of Expertise

As a person who relocated to Santa Fe, and subsequently purchased and remodeled a home, I am aware of the challenges and rewards of matching the buyer with the property that best meets their needs. I am experienced in working with people and am confident that I have the right mix of skills to guide my clients through the buying and selling process, resulting in an effective conclusion.

Mission Statement

Buying a home represents a significant financial and emotional investment. I am committed to working earnestly with every client, helping them make the best decision possible. While biographies are valuable, word of mouth is by far the strongest advertisement for a real estate salesperson. To me, this is a commitment to focus on each client, their needs and concerns, while seeking to close the transaction in a timely and efficient manner.

Why I Love Santa Fe

Driving Old Taos Highway and seeing the snowcapped mountain peaks in the distance. Enjoying the flavors of New Mexico when dining at Tia Sophia’s, The Shed or Pasqual’s. Shopping and sharing conversations with friendly salespeople, tourists and locals. The Plaza decorated at Christmas. The ease of meeting people and the casual lifestyle. And, of course, I love Santa Fe because my husband was born here and this is our home!
